Posting a texture (520 x 389) for aging images so they end up looking something like this:

The original image is this:

Click on the thumb to view the full-sized texture, then "right-click-save image as":

Edited again to add a link to a larger version (800 x 568, 309kb) of the texture. Ordinarily, I wouldn't do this because when I buy an image from Istockphoto, the licensing agreement stipulates that redistribution of the image is not allowed. Since it's only $1 to purchase the smallest version of the image, I can't say that's unreasonable on their part. I manipulated the original image, though, so I think it's okay.
The sepia effect uses the PhotoFreebies plug-in and the image is from MorgueFile. The texture itself is a stock image I downloaded from Istockphoto, manipulated it a bit, and shrunk it down in size. The PhotoFreebies plug-in works in both my PSP7 and PSPX. Edited to add: Oh, yeah...I copied the texture and pasted it as a new layer on the original image at layer blend mode screen and 50% opacity.
Another version, with a frame added.
I thought the entire image would be more useful than if I'd chopped into 100x100 squares.
