And now for something a little different. And kinda frivolous. I finally figured out how to make tiny text look decent in PSPX (still struggling with it in PSP7) and in the process created this set. They're meant to mimic layout looks of magazines, newspapers, and websites/blogs.

Like with the last couple Easy Frame sets, a quickie tutorial:
1) Create a new 100x100 image, then copy and paste as a new layer (Raster Layer 2) the image you want to use
2) Then either copy and paste as a new layer (Raster Layer 3) one of the images from the image pack
*** OR ***
2) Create a new layer (Raster Layer 3) in blend mode normal at 100% opacity, use the flood fill tool to fill with white, then on the same layer apply the brush in black or any other color you'd like
3) Click on the select tool, click on the solid color block, hit the delete key to reveal the image beneath, and then from the menu click on "Select" and then click on "Select None"
4) If necessary, move your base image (Raster Layer 2) to better fit the frame
5) Create a new layer (Raster Layer 4) and add your own text
5) Merge all layers and save
I also used a couple lovely Italy-themed bases from
bangarang_bases for the examples.
edited to add the PS CS2 ABR version to the zip file, thanks to
